About Us

 

The mission of the Association for U.S. Professional Drivers is to:

 

(a) provide educational programs, training, research and any other information pertaining to protecting the rights, safety, health and wellness of professional drivers,

(b) enhance the public image of professional drivers and the transportation industry in general,

(c) provide its members with access to appropriate benefits, products and services on a cooperative, cost efficient and economical basis utilizing its group strength and purchasing power,

(d) provide e-mails, websites and website links, media, newsletters, articles, meetings, forums and other means of effective communication between the corporation and its members concerning the purposes of the corporation, and

(e) serve, support, represent and promote the common interests of its members.

Who is considered an eligible member?

Courier drivers, on-demand drivers and trucking industry drivers who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. A member must also meet the qualifications of any class of membership or any categories, divisions or sub-divisions. All members will have a shared or common interest in having a need for the education, benefits, products or services offered by AUSPD and must subscribe to the purposes, principles and objectives of the Association.
